Easy to schedule. Had appt available that morning. Took car in and dropped it off 30 min early. Got car back in 40 minutes and was on my way. Super friendly staff, courteous and professional. Not pushy in any way.

I had a great experience with Kristinha at Quick Lane in Fairfax. She was professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the entire service process. Kristinha made everything easy and stress-free, taking the time to explain what my vehicle needed and answering all of my questions clearly. Her customer service was outstanding, and it’s obvious she genuinely cares about her customers. The service was completed efficiently, and I really appreciated her honesty and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend working with Kristinha if you’re bringing your vehicle to Quick Lane!

We’ve been taking our Explorer to Quick Lane for about 7 years for regular maintenance and have been pleased with the knowledgable and friendly service. The vehicle service is done in a reasonable amount of time and I am confident in the performance and condition of our Explorer whenever I pick it up from Quick Lane. Setting up appointments is super easy and convenient with just a phone call. Excellent service all around!

Kristinha Raper Sabatino was the Service Rep who helped me. My car was stalling every few days out of the blue. This made me very uncomfortable driving in traffic. She was very patient while I tried to explain why I was there. She calming asked questions and recorded my responses. They checked my car and narrowed down possibilities. She explained costs and possible charges. I chose to have repair done and my car was ready in a bit over an hour. I trust Quick Lane mechanics not to charge me for things I don’t need. I’m in my eighties and have no interest in what’s under the hood, I simply go to Quick Lane.

I feel so disappointed,i come here for 4 new tire. After one and half hour, I see two of tires look very old.does not look like new. Even Compared to the car park next to me,theirs looked even new than mine.when i ask.they say tires are new.... if my schedule not full today.I would ask for change to different brand tires.(only 4 firestone tires left in this store).
